CEMG has been involved in medical education since the department's founding in 1976. All of our physicians hold active academic affiliations, and we host residents from six programs across Southern California.
The emergency department at LBMMC has provided didactic and clinical training for residents since its inception in 1976. We believe that a strong academic environment makes our physicians better clinicians — and that the investment in training the next generation is fundamental to the specialty of emergency medicine.
